We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged to be defective. All items mailed back to us must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns unless the product is defective.

• Cancellations

Once an order is made and payment had been processed, there will not be any cancellation allowed.

If you believe you have received the wrong item, kindly email enquiry@tianyibiom.com with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unused and unopened.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 3 – 5 working days for local deliveries. If delivery of your order is delayed, we will inform you accordingly.

In the event of incorrect delivery address or undeliverable address, an email shall be sent to the mailbox indicated on your order. However please note that, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may charge you for any further delivery costs, or terminate your order if delivery repeatedly fails.

We may terminate the Order at any time by writing to you if payment is not processed in time or if there is a lack of information in which delivery will not be possible.
